Chris Mengerink
As a Partner at DWD, Chis works with management and sales teams to implement ERP and CRM solutions that will have a positive effect on business efficiency while minimizing business interruption. Chris has 10 years of Sage CRM consulting experience and provides software implementation, training, customization and support services. He leads DWD’s ERP and CRM software teams and is passionate about helping clients find solutions to their business challenges.
Chris also provides businesses with custom programming, 3rd party solution integration and custom reporting for Sage 100.
With 15 years of small business operations experience, Chris is able to understand and help clients utilize software solutions to create efficiencies within their business. He is a graduate of Indiana Purdue of Fort Wayne with a degree in Information Systems.
Luc Lothamer
Luc Lothamer, CPA
As a Partner at DWD, Luc leads the Sage Intacct team and has been with the firm since 2018. He has extensive experience with Sage Intacct and MIP Fund Accounting providing software implementation, upgrade, training and support services.
Luc earned both a BS in Business Finance at Indiana University-Purdue University of Fort Wayne and a BS in Accounting from Indiana Institute of Technology.
Luc is passionate about delivering business solutions that help clients thrive and enhance operational efficiency. In this effort, he focuses on the advancement of DWD’s software offerings to meet today’s challenging needs.
David Overholt
With over 24 years of Sage 100cloud (MAS 90 and MAS 200) consulting experience, David provides software implementation, upgrade, training and support services. He leads DWD’s accounting and ERP software team and is passionate about helping clients find solutions to their business challenges.
As a Master Developer, David is also able to develop software customizations that help clients expand the functionality of their software. He is a graduate of Indiana Institute of Technology and an active volunteer in the community.

Adam Westgerdes, CPA
Adam manages the Nonprofit Software division of DWD Technology Group and has been with the firm since 2012.
He has extensive experience with Sage Intacct and MIP Fund Accounting and provides software implementation, upgrade, training and support services including custom programming, data imports & integrations and report setups.
Adam is passionate about helping nonprofits find solutions to their organizational challenges from Finance and Accounting to Human Resource and Payroll management.
Pete Amborn
As a former systems engineer and IT business owner, Pete brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help companies utilize technology to enhance operational efficiency. Pete applies his previous experience with Managed IT services to help DWD meet advancing needs in the market.
Pete is a graduate of Indiana University having earned a Bachelor Degree in Science and Math Education. He also holds certifications in multiple Microsoft products and previously held a Microsoft Systems Engineer certification.
Jordan Ehrman
Jordan Ehrman manages the network services division of DWD Technology Group and has been with the firm since 2016.
Jordan provides DWD clients with consulting and planning advice and serves as a support contact. He also provides project proposals, account management and problem resolution.
Jordan is a graduate of the Indiana University-Purdue University at Fort Wayne and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering Technology.
Sherry Simerman, MBA
Since 2001, Sherry has managed the marketing and lead generation services for DWD.
With over 20 years experience in marketing and customer service, Sherry focuses on new business growth and existing client satisfaction.
