Did you know you can view financial information in a list format? And that data lists can be customized in a variety of helpful ways such as customizing a list view only the items that are most important to you, or for exporting data to be shared in a specific format?
Sage Intacct offers a variety of customizations that can apply to the data master list views. A user with the appropriate permissions can create views for their personal use or public use. Custom views are useful for having the data needed for day-to-day activities easily accessible in the system, or for exporting data to be reviewed or shared in a variety of formats available with Sage Intacct.

Many master data lists have the capability to create and edit views. The examples shown will be for the Vendor master list.
- Applications > Accounts Payable > All > Vendors
- Manage views > Create new view
- The columns of data in the view can be selected by check-marking the data fields in Step 1.
- Additionally, the view can have a custom sequence, data filter, and/or sort orders in the following optional steps.
- Give the view a name and click ‘Save’ in the top right. The deploy box can be used to make the view public.
- Once the view is saved it can be accessed by the ‘All’ dropdown menu along with any other previously created views.
- Any master list view can be exported to a CSV, Excel, Word, PDF, or ‘CSV import’ file.
